"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.

Sorry it took so long for me to reply. The book has held up very well, the elastic really does keep the hooks secure. I sewed the elastic in a little too tight and it is hard to get a few of the bigger hooks out. I sewed the elastic to the inner fabric lining then glued that to the hard back book cover. If you make one send me a link, I'd like to check it out.
